Built in a Pizza Ranch originally. It is a wonderful buffet setup for anyone in the buffet business. It includes a four pan cooling section (salad bar), a three pan steam table, and also a warming plate for pizza, etc. It comes enclosed in a wood (oak) and green veneer cabinet. Upscale glass sneezeguards on both sides. Lights are hidden down the middle of the buffet line. There is plenty of storage underneath and also has a separate section for your soda equipment. I have owned it for the past 3 and a half years and only had to replace one thing--a heating element for the steam table. I am re-modeling the entire restaurant and going with a smaller buffet in a different part of the restaurant. I simply do not need it anymore! We recently remodeled our kitchen and we no longer need this restaurant quality equipment. For sale is a Precision Metal Products model BLH-3 three-well steam table and a Precision Metal Products model BLC-3 cold serving table. Both are in great working condition. They are stainless steel with wood grain accent. The steam table includes a 9.5" wide stainless steel shelf with removable sneeze guard. Also included are three folding well/pan covers. The cold serving table has a two tier glass shelf unit. Both buffet units are portable and measure 44"x28" and include lockable swivel caster wheels. They both have folding front and rear serving shelves that measure 8" on the serving side and 12" on customer side. The units can be seperated or can be contected like they are shown in the pictures.
